Calling all Flow Game Hosts!

Whether it was just recently or a long time ago, the Flow Game called you into practice. Do you remember what your dream was then?

Maybe the Game has been your close companion for the journey or maybe it has simply been waiting patiently in the background. Either way it is good to know that you're part of a worldwide Flow Game community of practice.

Now that practice community is gathering to share dreams for the future, and Denmark -- the home of the Flow Game -- is calling your name!

Will you join us for the Flow Game Host Reunion in June?

This is your personal invitation...

Please join us for three spacious days together in the beautiful nature of the Danish summertime 12 - 14 June.

We have a world of experience, insight and practice in our global circle of hosts. Each of us adds our own special spice to the mix.

Let's come together and share what we know and what we dream of.

Let's inspire each of us to offer what we can in a world ever more hungry for connection, understanding and meaningful conversation.

Our world is full of confusion and uncertainty. This is a time made for the Flow Game!

Who will be there?

Hosts from all over the world

We've already had RSVPs from people around the world who are coming to the Reunion. We're looking forward to an international mix. This means you can share experiences with people from many different backgrounds and cultures who are using the Flow Game in a wide variety of contexts. There's nothing better than hearing the story directly from the person who lived it!

Our Co-founders

Toke, Monica and Jan are all planning to be at the Reunion. This is your opportunity to hear directly from them about how the journey of the Flow Game has changed over time and what will always stay the same.

The Flow Game Stewards

There are currently 18 Flow Game stewards, spread all over the world, as well as a new group of apprenticing stewards. Many of them will be at the Reunion to share their experiences and be in learning with you.

Will YOU be there?

What's our plan?

We have a strong organising team humming along on logistics and a stewarding team is working on the flow of our time together.

The Reunion begins at 13:30 CET on Friday June 12 and ends 16:00 CET on Sunday June 14.

We are planning a spacious and open time including:

Sharing & listening

One of the best ways to learn something new is to experience it through the stories of someone who lived it. This is the place to get support and inspiration.

Playing the Flow Game

Time together playing with the questions that matter to us and offering each other Wisdom Council.

Time in nature

Let yourself breathe out for a moment and take in the beauty of nature. We'll have both solo time and walk & talk time.

Open Space

What do YOU most want to talk about? Open Space is the place! Post your topic and see who turns up...

Where are we meeting?

Come to the home of the Flow Game!

The Flow Game Host Reunion will take place at the beautiful Himmelbjerggaarden Conference Centre. It is a retreat space designed to wrap you in nature and in the sense of Danish Hygge. This word is often translated as "cosy", but it's more than that. It's like being welcomed home.

We have a large space to meet in and will have our meals together in the main house. We will have simple, beautiful food. You have a choice of a variety of accommodation or you can bring your own tent for camping if you wish.

Registration fees will be handled by the Organising Team and you will pay your food and accommodation directly to the venue.

Our team is currently finalising all the details. Please let us know your interest by clicking on the button below.

How you can be there, even if you can't be there

We are inviting the ENTIRE Flow Game Host global field to be part of the Flow Game Host Reunion.

This is your opportunity to make a contribution of energy and generosity to the connection and health of our practice circle.

Please consider donating what ever you can, whatever size of contribution that is, to our generosity pot. Your contribution can:

  • Support individual hosts who are financially challenged to attend
  • Give some ease to the administrative budget
  • Give some appreciation to the Organising and Hosting teams

Every little contribution counts! We are so grateful for your generosity!
